Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the first woman to be crowned the winner of the CrossFit Games twice. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir - one of Iceland's top CrossFit weightlifter, media celebrity as well as a CrossFit participant - is a CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The media acclaim came from her becoming the first woman who taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. In addition, she is known for taking home at the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. In the following year she again participated in the CrossFit Games and due to her outstanding performance, she was able to win the competition and became the first female to win CrossFit Games. Annie was again victorious at during the CrossFit Games in 2012 due her impressive performance. She became the first female athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games at once. She also received a gold medal. Also, in 2021 she was awarded a bronze. Annie is the current coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie, who is currently a competitive athlete, appears in ads for sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Laboratory Transparent Labs and many more. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her self-titled Youtube channel where she posts videos for training, family and other videos as well as travel videos.
